Single Butterfly Crab Trap

The Butterfly action traps are a modification of a folding crab trap.

Three different sized traps. The small trap can be cast with a fishing rod. The larger traps (include 60' of line) are thrown by hand.

The traps can be thrown much greater distance than an ordinary crab ring using a much smaller diameter line enabling 3 times the amount of line used with a ring. Folds for extreme compact storage.
