Buoy Paint
This is a solvent based vinyl coating designed for use on PVC buoys and flotation material. Vinylon has an excellent adhesion when applied to most vinyls (including auto upholstery), soft plastics, canvas, and leather. Vinylon outlasts most other methods of painting PVC buoys and has been used by Pacific Coast fishermen since 1982.
